Patient Services Specialist

We have a full or part time opening to join our team as patient services specialist.  This is a day shift, Mon-Thursday. 

Successful candidates will be intelligent, people centric and able to multitask with a smile!  Presentation and professionalism are important characteristics of our patient services representatives. If you enjoy helping people and thrive in a fast paced environment and you have a great attention to detail, this may be the job for you!   Experience with phone systems and a solid foundation of commercial insurance,  copays, deductibles and coinsurance. Candidates with EMA EMR Systems experience will be considered first. 

Our patients are our priority.  This position requires exceptional customer service skills, ability to work well under competing priorities and ability to always make our patients feel special.  

A typical day involves  scheduling appointments,  checking patients in and out when needed, educating patients about our services and providing the best service possible.
