UCB’s Rare Disease Organization (RDO) is looking for a Patient Support Operations Associate who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive to join our Patient Services Operations team, based in our U.S. offices in Atlanta, GA, Raleigh, NC or Boston, MA.
About the role
You will support the day-to-day operations of a patient support program, helping ensure high-quality service delivery for patients. You will work closely with vendors and internal teams to monitor performance, resolve issues, and improve processes. This role plays a key part in enhancing operational efficiency, maintaining compliance, and driving continuous improvement across patient services.
Who you’ll work with
You will work within the patient services team collaborating cross-functionally with market access, compliance, information technology, and external service providers. You’ll work closely with vendor partners to ensure effective delivery of patient support services and contribute to strong operational performance.

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $88,000 - $115,500 annually. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
