Patient Support Specialist – Floater position

In this role, you’ll travel to different offices within the Central Indiana region to support Primary Care technicians, opticians, and patient services representatives. Your assignments will vary depending on workload and staff needs, so every day brings something new.

Location: Traveling position supporting multiple Midwest practices in Central Indiana
Wage: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:

  Assist at multiple offices with administrative and clinical tasks

  Support Primary Care technicians, opticians, and patient services staff

  Adapt to different office needs and learn new processes quickly

  Take a proactive approach to training and professional development

  Help maintain smooth operations while providing exceptional patient support

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent

  
  


• 
  

  Previous experience in an optometry environment preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Polite, professional, and courteous with patients and colleagues

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to motivate and support a team environment

  Proactive, adaptable, and ready for a fast-paced, varied schedule
