Job Description - Patient Svc Representative - FT/Days - Mercy Jefferson Cardiology Clinic

Greets and appropriately directs patients via phone calls or direct contact. Maintains waiting room. Performs general clerical duties as needed. Performs all duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and mercy service standards. Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
Licensure:
Experience: Minimum of one year customer service or receptionist experience.
Other skills & knowledge: Computer skills required.
