POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for providing assistance, first aid, and protection to guests; monitoring and reporting the condition of trails, lifts, and snow cover while patrolling trails and slope areas; and maintaining warnings and trail signs. 

Starting wage between $23.83/hr. - $28.60/hr. depending on experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• At least eighteen (18) years old
• Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to operate equipment as needed
• Must have current Emergency Medical Responder(EMT), Outdoor Emergency Care(OEC), Wilderness First Responder(WFR), or other certification that will be reviewed for acceptance 
• Must have a current certification for CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer 
• A talented communicator having a calm and collective demeanor, especially during challenging operations
• Capacity to read, understand, and comply with documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
