Location: New York City, in office, 5 days a week.

We are looking for a rockstar Strategy & Operations Manager to join our founding team and run some of the most critical functions of our business. You will work closely with our two co-founders and have end-to-end responsibility for our Provider Growth and New State launch functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provider Growth: Hiring new therapists to join our practice..

  • Provider Experience: Maintaining highest therapist NPS and retention.

  • New State Launch: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.

Your Qualifications

  • A+ players only: You have a burning desire to win and have a history of being a top performer. You have a hunger to be the best and to see your team win.

  • 2-5 years of work experience, with at least 2 years experience in a fast-growing healthtech startup (if you work on Provider Growth or Payor Operations, that is a plus).

  • You are comfortable wearing many hats. You recognize that no job is beneath you and you thrive in ambiguity.

  • You are personally invested in our mission and care about the eradicating the senior loneliness epidemic. This came from an experience that you lived, from the story of a close relative, or through volunteering you might have done in the past.
