The Role You'll Play to Create Success

We are happy to announce full-time, on-site, Payment and Shipping Verification Coordinator position filled with many exciting opportunities in Clearwater, FL! This job contributes to the mission of FrankCrum by verifying that each payroll payment and shipping method is accurate before being released.

1. Monitors client NSF status and holds payroll until client has cleared NSF status.
2. Processes and balances debit invoices. 
3. Assembles payroll packages with accuracy making sure all checks and vouchers are included. 
4. Releases remote checks and/or direct deposits for debited clients. 
5. Acts as backup for wire verifications.
6. Pulls state specified client packages for shipping. 
7. Acts as backup to ensure all packages have been shipped on their shipping date.
8. Reprints checks and/or direct deposits if needed.
9. Performs end-of-day procedures with Check Area.
10. Assists with payroll pick-ups and/or packaging.
11. Works closely with Payroll, Collections, and Accounting regarding any debit changes or issues and helps research discrepancies. 
12. Trains new staff on Data Entry in MyFrankCrum and E-Verify.
13. Processes Data Entry and E-Verify when emails are sent to the email groups.
14. Research’s I-9 scanned to ensure they are in iSynergy for company research.
15. Processes all mail correspondence for the payroll floor.  Emails processors when they have mail and follow-up with manager when mail has not been picked up.

The Attributes We Seek

Keys to success in this position include knowledge of standard shipping practices and company services. A high school diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of shipping or customer service experience is required.
