Payment Processing Facilitator

The Payment Processing Facilitator is the financial liaison between our company and our customers.  You will be in contact with our amazing customers on a daily basis.  You will monitor and process electronic payments, work on customer inquiries, set up and change banking information, and troubleshoot payment error issues.  This is a full-time position that never gets boring.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Outstanding written and verbal skills


• Excellent math and bookkeeping skills


• Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills


• Strong problem solver and analytical thinker who works well independently


• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently


• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and other administrative programs


• Above all, you must work and play well with others

Schedule

This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, during regular business hours.  Employees are expected to work in the office on Monday through Thursday.  Fridays are optional work-from-home days as the needs of the position permit. 

Pay starts at $25/hour, depending on experience.
