Payment Processing Specialist

Job Description:

Telenett is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payment Processing Specialist to join our team in Florida, USA on a part-time basis. As a Payment Processing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payments for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process payments received from customers accurately and efficiently

- Verify payment information and ensure all necessary documentation is complete

- Communicate with customers to resolve any payment discrepancies or issues

- Reconcile payment records and resolve any discrepancies

- Maintain accurate and organized payment records

- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements

- Keep up-to-date with payment processing policies and procedures

- Collaborate with other team members to improve payment processing efficiency

- Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding payment inquiries

- Other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in payment processing or accounting preferred

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus

- Must be able to work part-time hours in Florida, USA
