In This Role, You Will:

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and working to satisfy customer needs
• Process incoming payments and payoffs, ensuring accurate and timely processing
• Perform accounting tasks, such as reviewing payment history and posting payments
• Administer loans, including posting payoffs, completing requested adjustments, and reviewing reimbursement requests
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality, and be willing to cross-train for other departmental duties
• Participate in training and educational classes to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Other job duties as assigned

• Experience in residential real estate lending, loan processing, or loan servicing preferred
• Experience in accounting preferred
• Strong organizational and customer relations skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
