Payment Services Lead
Onsite - Costa Mesa, CA

Seeking a skilled Payment Services Lead/ Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing, revenue cycle management, debits, credits, customer service, negotiation

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose issues and provide solutions in a timely manner

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service

- Utilize technical manuals and knowledge to troubleshoot problems effectively

- Maintain accurate records of service visits and tasks completed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Payment Services agent/ Leads/ Supervisor or similar role 2+ Years preferred

- Knowledge of revenue management practices

-Understanding of debits and credits

- Ability to engage in effective customer service interactions

- Strong negotiation skills to address pricing and contract terms

Compensation Range - $19.00- $25.00
