Responsibilities:

· Diagnose issues and provide solutions in a timely manner

· Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service

· Utilize technical manuals and knowledge to troubleshoot problems effectively

· Maintain accurate records

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Payment Services specialist similar role 2+ Years preferred

· understanding of debits and credits

· Ability to engage in effective customer service interactions

· Strong negotiation skills to address pricing and contract terms

Compensation:$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
