PAYROLL

Position: Payroll Specialist

Job Type: (Remote)

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a full-time Payroll Specialist. As a leading real estate company in Jonesboro, we are committed to providing our employees with a positive and rewarding work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Process and maintain accurate payroll records for all employees

- Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, bonuses, and benefits

- Review and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures

- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management

- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve any discrepancies

- Stay up-to-date on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance

- Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to ensure accurate employee information and payroll data

- Process new hire paperwork and maintain employee records

- Assist with year-end payroll processes and reporting

- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred

- At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing

- Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll software

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Real estate industry experience is a plus
