You will serve as the primary point of contact for daily payroll-related inquiries, resolving issues
Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet multiple hard deadlines are essential for success in this role.
Expertise with Microsoft Windows and the full suite of applications in Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated proficiency in Viewpoint or similar fully integrated accounting systems,
including a comprehensive understanding of payroll’s impact on the general ledger and
job cost accounting.
Advanced working knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
Advanced working knowledge of payroll reporting requirements.
Strong working knowledge of employment rules including overtime, taxable and non-
taxable benefits, etc.

The full salary range for this position is $39/hr to $50/hr. New hires typically start between $39/hr to $46/hr, depending on direct professional experience and qualifications.
