Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Payroll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling payroll operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing excellent support to employees regarding payroll matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for USA and Canada on a regular schedule, ensuring timely and accurate payment to all employees.
• Verify timekeeping records and handle payroll discrepancies.
• Administer payroll deductions, including benefits contributions, garnishments, and taxes.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and files.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Acts as a subject matter expert for Payroll, including ADP.
• Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
• Prepare payroll reports for management and assist with audits as needed.
• Maintain current Payroll Standard Operating Procedures.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in payroll administration. 
• Proficiency with payroll software (ADP) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Comprehensive understanding of payroll regulations and tax compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
