Job Description - Payroll Administrator


Our client is a growing payroll company located in the Northwest suburbs and is seeking a detail oriented and organized Payroll Representative to work full-time (approximately 30-40 hours per week) Monday through Friday in a fast-paced environment. We specialize in processing payrolls for small to medium sized businesses.

Responsibilities include

  • Set-up, process and review client payrolls.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Respond to client inquiries.
  • Manage inventory and administrative projects for the office.  

Additional working hours may be required at the start and end of each quarter, especially December and January.

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years payroll experience in a corporate payroll environment or working in or with a payroll service.

Must be detail oriented and love numbers. 

Familiarity with basic payroll laws is strongly desired.
