We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to be based out of our Frisco, TX office.  This is not a remote role.


Job Description



  • Responsible for weekly review of timesheets for hourly employees on the 9/80 work schedule. Ensuring overtime is entered correctly and notating policy usage when applicable.

  • Assist employees with questions related to timesheet entry.

  • Review weekly reports for processing of timesheets in preparation for payroll processing.

  • Process payroll data including new hires, changes in employee status, title, schedule, pay rate changes and PTO accruals.

  • Perform biweekly audit of payroll.

  • Assist Payroll Manager with:





    1. State and Local Tax setup as needed for remote work employees

    2. Processing Direct Deposit and JPM files each Payroll

    3. Processing employee corrections in UKG as needed for current and prior quarter adjustments

    4. Balancing payroll

    5. Processing terminations, severance payments if applicable

    6. Running/creating reports in UKG for Management Reporting

    7. Process Direct Deposit changes in UKG




Job Requirements:



  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience

  • 4 – 7 years of experience, in a corporate setting

  • FPC (Fundamentals of Payroll Certification) is expected; CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) will qualify for a more senior role

  • Ability to commute to our Frisco, TX office

  • Proficiency in Microsoft products and intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.

  • Preferred Proficiency in financial or accounting software such as Vision or Vantagepoint.

  • Experience working with UKG Pro

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines

  • Ability to work independently

  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative relationships within the finance team and with external customers
