Job Description - Payroll Administrator
Payroll Administrator opportunity for well established Central Valley company in South Fresno.
Responsibilities:
Lead the charge in processing payrolls, adhering to strict deadlines and regulations.
Oversee the maintenance of comprehensive employee records.
Spearhead payroll tax calculations, filings, and compliance, staying ahead of evolving tax regulations.
Analyze and reconcile payroll discrepancies with a keen eye for detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
Be the go-to expert for employee payroll inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and guidance.
Prepare and present comprehensive payroll reports to senior management.
Play a pivotal role in financial audits, ensuring payroll accuracy and transparency.
Qualifications:
Prevailing wage knowledge
Experience doing payroll for 100+ employees, salaried and hourly
A degree in Accounting, Finance or 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience with UKG/Kronos is preferred.
An in-depth understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance .
Strong communication skills.
