The Payroll, Time and Labor (PTL) Payroll Processing Team member plays a vital role in our North America payroll processes. This position is a key role in producing payrolls on a weekly and bi weekly basis. Int his role you will own and manage the payroll processing including the gross to net calculation and balancing of all data inputs for several pay groups and provide back up support on processing other pay groups. This position will service the payroll for 3 pay frequencies, 16 pay groups and 29,000+ employees with gross US payroll payments of $3 Billion. Processing payroll and ensuring on time and accurate payroll payments to US, and Puerto Rico Ensuring all payroll processes comply with all regulations. Approving and balancing all payroll cycles. Ensuring correct gross to net payroll calculations for our US and Puerto Rico employees. Trouble shooting payroll issues and errors and working across teams to ensure root cause is corrected. Improving key operational performance metrics to achieve defined targets. This includes analysis, and implementing action plans within the team to drive improvements. Working across organizational boundaries and functional teams to resolve issues and concerns while ensuring adherence to federal, state and local laws. High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution required. Minimum of 3 years working in payroll, and/or time and labor. Minimum of 3 years working across multiple state jurisdictions in payroll and/or time and labor. No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Beachwood, OH will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
