Arclin has an immediate opening for aPayroll Analystin our Corporate Headquarters. This will be a Hybrid Role (3 Days in - 2 Remote). This is a full-time opportunity in the Alpharetta / Atlanta Area.

Payroll Analyst Job Responsibilities:
Prepares, processes and maintains payroll calculations
Processes payroll distribution, direct deposit and Ad-hoc payroll inquiries
Leads the resolution of Payroll related issues and obstacles, ensuring seamless execution of bi-weekly payroll processes. Resolves or escalates issues as needed
Respond to payroll related inquiries from the payroll team, human resource professionals, and internal and external stakeholders/customers. Handle escalations as needed
Assists with quarterly year-end reconciliations
Assist with quarterly payroll tax payments
Ability to work additional hours during high peak times to include year-end and implementation
Process all global payrolls weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and assist with multi-site & multi-state/country payroll runs as needed
Payroll Analyst Job Qualifications:
3-5 years’ experience in payroll/accounting
Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices, supported by proven experience
