Payroll Analyst

Must Haves:
1-5 years Payroll Analyst experience
Strong knowledge of payroll systems
Need to understand data analytics, data bridges, and errors in the data bridges
Reporting experience within Payroll

Plusses:
AEP experience
Kronos reporting tools experience

Day-to-day:
Insight Global is looking for a Payroll Analyst to work for a large client for ours in Westerville, OH. This persons main responsibility will be to assist the Payroll processing team integrating and manipulating payroll and benefits data for project work, implementation, new employee onboarding etc. They will be responsible for understanding and identifying root cause data issues within Kronos, ADP and Oracle Payroll systems and then mapping out correct ways of fixing those issues. Some issues my include monitoring and analyzing file imports and data bridges within the systems, correcting errors within those systems and will also be responsible for creating reports to deliver to the business.
