We’re seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to manage end-to-end payroll processing and support employee benefits administration for a professional services environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly payroll from start to finish using HRIS/payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now or similar)
Audit payroll data, timecards, deductions, and reconciliations for accuracy
Administer employee benefits including enrollments, changes, and ongoing support
Manage garnishments, deductions, leave accruals, and payroll adjustments
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits in a professional manner
Support year-end payroll activities, audits, and reporting
Qualifications
3+ years of payroll processing experience
Hands-on experience with benefits administration
Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems
Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, deductions, and reconciliations
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
Preferred
Experience in law firm, healthcare, or professional services environments
Exposure to multi-state payroll processing
Strong Excel and reporting skills
