Job Description - Payroll and HR Administrator

Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Haltom City, Texas, TRP Construction Group is a leading provider of safety-critical and highly regulated roadway marking and traffic control solutions primarily to state and local government end-customers, whom it serves either directly or through general contractors. Position Summary

We are seeking a Payroll & HR Administrator to join our team at the corporate headquarters in Fort Worth. This role is critical in managing payroll operations and supporting HR functions while fostering a collaborative and positive workplace culture. You will assist the Chief of People and HR team with projects, administrative tasks, and initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

·       Administer payroll processes using ADP and Paycom systems.

·       Ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll and HR documentation.

·       Assist with HR projects and day-to-day operations.

·       Support the Chief of People and HR staff in strategic initiatives.

·       Provide high-touch customer service to employees and stakeholders.

·       Promote teamwork and contribute to a strong company culture.

·       Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in employee records.

·       Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

·       3–4 years of payroll and HR administration experience.

·       Proficiency in payroll systems.

·       Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to build trusted relationships; innovative and resourceful.

·       Construction industry experience preferred.

·       Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.

·       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·       Team-oriented with a commitment to culture-building.
