Payroll Assistant

Description

• Payroll (processing, time keeping, and bonus calculation)
• Maintaining records (processing hires, promotions, transfers and separations)
• Other clerical tasks, including filing and records management as assigned

• Previous payroll experience
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Office and Outlook
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be a US citizen or Permanent Resident   

• Competitive hourly rate between $26.69 to $32.50 based on experience
