Payroll, Benefits & Office Coordinator
Location: Cranberry Township, PA
Job Type: Full-Time


About the Role:


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll, Benefits & Office Coordinator to join our growing team. This role blends office administration, employee lifecycle support, and general executive administrative support into one dynamic position. You will play a key role in keeping our workspace running smoothly while supporting onboarding, benefits coordination, payroll inputs, and executive support.

From the food and beverages that stock our shelves, to consumer retail goods and everything in between, Knichel Logistics arranges the transportation of consumer goods throughout North America. We are a fast growing, woman-owned and operated, non-asset-based 3rd Party Logistics Provider headquartered in Cranberry Township, PA.


What You’ll Do:



  • Coordinate office operations, supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships.

  • Support recruiting logistics, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

  • Maintain employee records within HR and payroll systems.

  • Coordinate benefits enrollments and employee administrative requests.

  • Assist with payroll data collection and timekeeping accuracy.

  • Plan internal events and employee recognition activities.

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to executive leadership.

  • Track compliance renewals, registrations, and insurance documentation.


What We’re Looking For:



  • 5+ years of experience in office administration, HR Support, executive assistance, or a similar blended role.

  • Strong organization and communication skills.

  • Experience using HR or payroll systems is preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

  • Professional discretion when handling confidential information.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
