Payroll Clerk, Visalia - Immediate Start

Payroll clerk needed for agricultural group in Visalia. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong data entry, and communication skills. Interviews will be scheduled this week, so please send your resume ASAP!

Duties:

• Maintaining payroll information by collating, calculating and entering data
• Updating payroll records by entering any changes to employee information or benefits such as job title changes, exemptions and saving deductions
• Preparing reports that include summaries of earnings, tax deductions, leave, compassionate leave and non-taxable wages
• Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
• Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures
• Processing and issuing W-2 forms to employees

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of similar experience
• Bilingual Spanish
• Strong data entry skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines

This is a temp to hire role with a salary range of $20-22 per hour, hours are Monday though Friday, 8am to 5pm.
