Payroll Coordinator

We're seeking a Payroll Coordinator who not only ensures every paycheck is right and on time, but also brings a positive, team-focused attitude to everything they do. You'll serve as a trusted resource for our employees, helping them navigate payroll with clarity, accuracy, and professionalism. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Bi-Weekly and Monthly payrolls for multiple departments and locations in an accurate and timely manner
  


• Review and verify employee timecards, deductions, and benefits contributions


• Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in pay or status


• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws


• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, timekeeping, and benefits


• Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues quickly and professionally


• Assist with year-end processes, including W-2s and other tax filings
  

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing


• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred


• Solid understanding of payroll regulations, wage laws, and tax requirements


• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite applications (including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets)
