Jamaica based office seeks a HR & Payroll Coordinator. This is a temporary role with potential to become permanent. Onsite Mon-Fri.
Pay $26/hr
Duties:
- Payroll processing; review timecards prior to processing, and process manual adjustments.
- New Hire Onboarding ensure accurate coding with ADP
- Review and reconcile bills for payment
- Respond to employment verifications
- Provides excellent customer service by promptly responding to employee requests and questions, both in person and over the phone.
- Updates HR database with employee change requests
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of payroll experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with ADP or other payroll software
- Microsoft office: Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook
