LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a client of ours located in Wyandotte, MI. A family-owned company that has been in business for over 40 years. They are seeking a well-rounded Office Administrator who can wear multiple hats and support multiple teams across the organization. They have a mission to continuously build, maintain and improve.
Responsibilities:
Full-cycle in-house payroll for upwards of 58 employees
Familiarity with prevailing wage payroll; or having Construction payroll background
Timesheet entry
Tax depositing
940/941 reporting
ACH/banking deposits
Onboarding and employee verification
Benefits support
Employee license tracking, including apprentice and Journeyman cards
Track and schedule employee performance reviews
Possibly assist with data entry: accounts payable and accounts receivable
Utilize MS Office Suite and ERP system (Spectrum)
Qualifications:
3+ years of professional experience with payroll and human resources
Construction background is ideal
Specifics:
Direct Hire
Compensation is between $20-25/hr.
