• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• Establish residency in the State of Illinois within ninety days of hire.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year accredited college or university; or an equivalency of education and experience in processing payroll. (Proof will be required at the time of interview)
• Minimum of two (2) years of prior experience in any of the following: Data Analysis, Finance, Human Resources or payroll processing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Database programs.
• Experience with Oracle and Work Force (Cook County Time – CCT) will be given preference.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks, prioritizing based on urgency, and ability to change assignments on short notice.
• Attentiveness to detail and sensitivity to issues of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Possess the ability to work independently and within a team structure.
• Demonstrate strong multitasking, organizational and time management skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• On a continuous basis, sit at a desk for extended periods of time in front of a computer screen.
• Able to ambulate throughout the office.
• Intermittently twist to reach equipment or supplies surrounding desk.
• Strength to lift equipment and materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Use telephone and computer keyboard daily.
• Available to work in-person 100% of the scheduled work week.
