Payroll Manager – 2,000+ Employee Organization

LBAPS is seeking a highly organized Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations for a large and growing workforce of over 2,000 employees. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll expertise, process improvement skills, and experience managing high-volume payroll functions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing


• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely payments


• Develop and implement payroll automation initiatives


• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies


• Oversee payroll-related audits and reporting


• Work closely with HR, Finance, and Operations teams

Qualifications:

• Payroll management experience required


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities


• Experience with payroll systems and process automation


• Ability to manage large-scale payroll operations
