We are looking for a Payroll Manager responsible for handling a wide range of accounting, payroll, and administrative duties for the organization.

Your specific duties will include:

• Managing all weekly payroll.
• Managing relationships with customers and vendors ensuring all items are invoiced and paid.
• Establishing, monitoring, and maintaining procedures for record-keeping to ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data and filing systems.
• Implementing, maintaining, and reviewing payroll processing and accounting systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
• Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.

Specific qualifications for the position include: 

• Ability to speak, write, and read English and Spanish.
• Proven office management, payroll, and accounting experience.
• Minimum 3 years of payroll experience.
• Knowledge of accounting, payroll, and administrative management practices and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
