Payroll Processor

Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and interested in building a career in payroll or HR? Join Larry H. Miller Senior Health as an entry-level Payroll Processor, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring our employees are paid accurately, on time, and with care.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with regular and off-cycle payroll processing
• Enter and maintain employee payroll data (new hires, pay changes, deductions, terminations)
• Review timekeeping records and help resolve discrepancies
• Respond to routine employee payroll questions
• Support compliance activities, audits, and year-end tasks (including W-2s)
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information
• Assist with payroll system updates and process improvements

• 1–2 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or administrative work
• Strong attention to detail and basic math/data entry skills
• Dependable, organized, and able to meet strict payroll deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with payroll or HR systems (ADP, UKG, Workday, Paylocity, etc.)
• Familiarity with timekeeping systems
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Interest in growing a career in payroll or HR
