Payroll Processor - Immediate Start

Responsibilities include data entry, reconciliation of timecards, paycheck distribution, and providing statements to various departments. - Other duties as assigned

- Administer and distribute reports as instructed

- Be able to create and run custom reports

- Contact employees via email and phone to collect timesheet approvals

- Organize data into spreadsheets and the payroll system

- Ensure efficient operation of the department by performing clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc.

- Deliver instruction/training to employees regarding the use of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access of pay statements, etc.- Payroll software experience suggested

- Payroll for over 500 employees experience preferred

- Comprehensive knowledge of Automated Payroll

- Deep understanding of Process Bi-weekly Payroll

- Ability to easily learn new systems

- Highly organized and self-motivated

- 1+ years of previous payroll experience

- Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Accurate, swift, data entry abilities

- Excellent oral and written communications skills
