Position Summary:
We're looking for a driven and personable Payroll Sales Representative to grow our client base by promoting and selling UKG Ready Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR software solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team passionate about helping businesses simplify operations and elevate their employee experience.

What You'll Do:

• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with small to mid-sized businesses
• Present UKG Ready software solutions tailored to client needs, including Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR modules
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and outbound activity
• Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations (training provided)
• Collaborate with our onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth client transitions
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to build relationships and close deals
• 1-3 years of B2B sales experience (preferred but not required)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
