Key Responsibilities:

• Distribute paychecks accurately and on time
• Maintain precise records of employee payments
• Track employee wages, overtime, sick days, and vacation days
• Collaborate with HR and Accounts to ensure accurate payroll information
• Utilize payroll software for data entry and record management
• Verify employee records and resolve discrepancies
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and deductions
• Calculate payable hours, commissions, bonuses, taxes, and deductions
• Process new hires, promotions, and terminations
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma (Associate’s degree preferred)
• Experience: 2+ years of payroll experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities
