Payroll Specialist

Rainforest Carwash has an immediate job opening for Payroll Specialist for our corporate office located in Sumrall, MS!

Starting pay is $40,000 annually, depending on experience & skill set.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 40 hours per week, generally Monday-Friday
• Accurately processing and managing of the payroll function on a weekly basis
• Assist with HR tasks such as on-boarding and off-boarding employees
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Maintain uniform ordering and distribution
• Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing and record keeping

Requirements

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office products

Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills

Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role

In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, regulations and compliance

Excellent organizational skills and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
