Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time

- Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity

- Calculate and process deductions, bonuses, and overtime

- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations

- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management

- Assist with year-end reporting and tax filings

- Collaborate with HR to maintain employee records and updates
