What You’ll Do:

• Process weekly payroll with precision and timeliness
• Review timesheets and payroll data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure all changes (pay rates, deductions, etc.) are accurately entered into the system
• Run payroll previews and finalize pay runs confidently
• Issue manual payroll checks and reports as needed
• Maintain organized electronic payroll records
• Stay up to date on federal and state payroll laws
• Be the go-to contact for coworkers with payroll-related questions
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
• Jump in on other duties and projects as needed

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2–3 years of hands-on payroll processing experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with HRIS/HRMS systems
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of accounting principles in a job cost environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A self-starter attitude with a commitment to confidentiality
• Comfort working in a paperless, digital environment
