In this key role, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process for our diverse workforce. As a Payroll Specialist, you will ensure that all employees are compensated accurately and timely, maintaining compliance with all federal and state regulations. You'll collaborate closely with HR, management, and the finance department to ensure that payroll records are meticulously kept and any discrepancies are promptly addressed. Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information
• Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll laws and regulations
• Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
• Perform regular audits of payroll processes and procedures
• Collaborate with HR to ensure timely onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management review

• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations
• Familiarity with accounting software and payroll systems
• Excellent math and numerical skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
