We are looking for an enthusiastic, team-oriented individual, who believes in the mission of our organization to join our vibrant team and contribute to a fun, positive and collaborative workplace.
The AP/AR Payroll Specialist is an integral part of the Finance Department and serves as the initial point of contact for our Vendors/Agencies and Coworkers. This individual will be responsible for accurate and timely payable and receivable functions related to the organization as well as bi-weekly processing of Payroll.
The AP/AR Payroll Specialist will have excellent customer service skills. The individual must have the ability to manage and analyze complex and high volumes of data and be deadline oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Job Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable Processing (30%)
Accounts Receivable Processing (40%)
Payroll Processing (20%)
Other Financial Responsibilities (10%)

While performing the essential functions of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and interact without deliberate impediment (e.g. wearing or listening to headphones, etc.). The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to handle or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb, balance, lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and to stoop, crouch or crawl.

Work Environment:
While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to work in an office setting. Frequently, the employee will be required to drive an automobile. The employee will be required to interact with Food Bank personnel in the warehouse(s). In doing so, the employee will occasionally be exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles.The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
