Payroll Specialist

DIRECT HIRE – PAYROLL SPECIALIST
Our client, a nationally recognized healthcare organization is looking for experienced Payroll Specialists.

Location:
Onsite in Zanesville, OH.

Pay:
$40K - $50K/annually.

Shift:
M-F, business hours.

What you will be doing:
Assisting in processing payroll on weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis for approximately 4500 employees
Calculating wages, deductions, overtime, and bonuses accurately.
Verifying attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, including sick leave and vacation.
Preparing and distributing payroll checks or electronic transfers to employees.
Preparing and submitting payroll reports as required by management or regulatory authorities.
Reconciling payroll accounts and resolving any discrepancies or errors.

Requirements/Qualifications:
2+ years of recent experience as a full time Payroll Specialist.
Ability to work fully onsite.
