Responsibilities and Duties of the Payroll Specialist:
Manages the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable department which processes non-payroll disbursements to individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities.
Performs complex and specialized work related to the preparation, processing, and maintenance of
the payroll.
Computes payroll adjustments and reconciles insurance and benefit accounts.
Prepares payroll deductions.
Experience Preferred of the Payroll Specialist:
3 + Years experience in payroll (Must be more than just processing)
Multi-State
Union payroll is preferred but not a must.
ADP is preferred
