Payroll Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist with expertise in multi-state tax and tax setup, along with a proven track record in high-volume payroll processing. As a Senior Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for our diverse workforce, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and implementing efficient tax setups. salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

2+ years of supervisory experience
Experience in Paycom is preferred.
Extreme attention to detail
Professionalism exhibited in verbal and written communication
Highly proficient in Excel (vlookup, pivot tables)
Experience processing multi-state payrolls, familiar with local, state and federal taxes and payroll laws.
Knowledge of Canadian laws is a plus.
Contribute to team effort by accurately fulfilling responsibilities
Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills
