Summary:

CRG is currently seeking a Part Time Payroll Specialist for our client specializing in Transportation and Logistics. In this role you will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll, maintaining timesheet records, and preparing all payroll reports. Opportunity:

Part Time

Responsibilities:Responsible for processing bi-weekly payrolls, as well as off-cycle payrolls for bonus payments and other employee payments as required

Prepare and verify all post-payroll reports

Ensure all new hires have direct deposit account set-up prior to processing payroll

Pull 401k contribution changes and loan reports to update UKG Pro prior to processing payroll

Set up garnishments and tax levies for employees

Assist with payroll orientation for new hires

Maintain referral bonus, boot reimbursement, and active severance files for payroll purposes

Ensure there are no missed punches on hourly employee timesheets

Research, resolve, and respond to employee-related payroll questions and problemsQualification:Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or Accounting

2+ years of experience in payroll administration

required

UKG Pro experience

preferred
