Payroll Supervisor - Rewarding Work

Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a well-established and growing logistics company.  They are looking to add a Payroll Supervisor to the team and will move quickly for the right candidate.

• The Payroll Supervisor will supervise one payroll specialist and interact with management to ensure all processes are in compliance with Company policies and procedures.

The Payroll Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Process new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations
• Process weekly multi-state payroll including garnishments, benefits, and taxes
• Research and correct any pay irregularities
• Oversee preparation and distribution of W-2s, 1099s, and 1094-C/1095-C ACA filings
• Prepare federal, state, and local forms as required
• Manage preparation of relevant management reports
• Recommend and implement process improvements
• Other tasks and duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Payroll Supervisor:

• Associates degree in Accounting or Finance preferred (may consider non-degreed)
• 5+ year’s relevant experience
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
