Overview of the Payroll and AP role:
Ensure accurate and compliant full cycle payroll processing.
Manage vendor invoices, from receipt to entry into our system.
Handle all aspects of accounts payable processing.
Assist with month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special accounting projects.
Preferred qualifications for the Payroll and AP role:
1-3 years previous payroll and AP or related experience
Payroll software experience is a plus
An ideal candidate has excellent organization skills, is honest, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and can keep information confidential.
