A day in the life of our Payroll/HR Specialist includes processing bi-weekly payroll, for both US & Canadian employees, assisting the HR department administratively, ensuring compliance with payroll and HR policies as well as collaborating with multiple teams to implement continuous improvements to our processes.

**Characteristics of what were looking for in a Payroll Specialist**

+ Bachelors degree (May 2024 graduates are welcome to apply!)

+ Tech savvy and enjoys paperless processing

+ Sharp eye for detail and commitment to accuracy

our employees need to know their paycheck is timely and precise

+ A mindset geared towards continuous improvement

+ Experience with isolved HCM a plus, but not required
