Highlights Healthcare is seeking a passionate and dedicated Payroll/Human Resource Generalist to join our corporate support team. Our team supports our ABA therapy Learning Centers and diagnostic clinicians throughout the southeast.

The Human Resources/Payroll Specialist manages all human resources and payroll functions. The Specialist will maintain and update employee records, be accountable to and establish company policies related to HR functions and will prepare compensation and benefit packages. The Specialist will have a good understanding of the full cycle recruiting process and a solid knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes. The Specialist will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.
