The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.\n\nBasic Qualifications for Level 1:\n\n * High School diploma or equivalent.\n\n * Candidates must be eligible to receive a DoD Secret security clearance following hire. Maintaining the required clearance will be a condition of continued employment.\n\n * The selected candidate will be required to obtain a Special Access Programs (SAP/SAR) clearance within a period of time as determined by customer and/or program requirements; maintaining SAP/SAR will be a condition of continued employment.\n\n * Experience troubleshooting, installing, and configuring Desktops running Windows OS (including Windows 10), as well as the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).\n\n * A current Security+ certification, or have the ability to obtain the required certification within 6 months of start date as a condition of continued employment.\n\n * The ability to lift 40 pounds.\n\n * The ability to work after hours and/or weekends as needed.\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * An active DOD Secret or Top Secret Clearance.\n\n * Bachelor\u0027s degree in relevant field.\n\n * CompTIA A+, Network+, Dell, HP, or other certification(s).\n\n * Experience with remote administration.\n\n * Experience with PowerShell scripting.\n\n * Experience with zero and/or thin client devices.\n\n * Experience in Active Directory configuring user and computer accounts.\n\n * Cross-platform experience (i.e. two or more of the following: Windows, Linux, Solaris, OSX, UNIX, etc.).\n\n * Experience supporting VMware VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure).\n\n * Customer Service communication skills.\n\n\n\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $37,400.00 - $62,400.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
